Dough Concept is a boutique cloud bakery based in Hong Kong that specialises in artisanal, handmade sourdough-based bread and pastries. We use high quality ingredients, artisanal processes and care that only a boutique bakery can offer.
Owner and Head Baker, Anna Chan has over two decades of cooking and baking experience. All of her products are proofed and baked in-house locally here in Hong Kong.

All of our breads are made in small batches using fresh yeast and the highest quality of ingredients available. This is our polite way of saying that quantities will be limited and in high demand, so you better place an order fast.
