“Why? Because bakers make the world smell better”

With over 20 years of cooking and baking under her belt, Anna now focuses on production of artisanal sourdough breads for local eateries and mom-and-pop shops around Hong Kong.

She also gives group and private classes to those keen to learn the ins-and-outs of the sourdough baking process.
